Pros
Good Work environment Good facilities provided Good team members usually in all project. I worked in two project and experienced the same about team members in both team. Open minded mangers who donot poke much into your personal things and stay happy if your work is completed on time. Employee engagement activities are done periodically and enthusiatically.
Cons
Not much training is provided Infrastructure seems small as compared to count of employees. Few managers are micro monitoring in natures but most of the mangers are good.
