      Very good compensation package, very nice work environment, helpful management, lot of training programs to upgrade the skill

      Bad work environment... Unprofessional and random restructuring

      Pros

      Initially working at Fiserv was good as work/life balance could be maintained...People at lower level work hard and give their best..Same cannot be said about the management though.

      Cons

      Favouritism is the keyword here.. Especially if you happen to be an unmarried female or someone who has been in organization from 8+ years..No clear guidelines on appraisals and increments...People are treated as school kids...Micromanagement is there which was not present earlier...nothing new to learn
