      I enjoyed working at Fiserv and would do it again.

      Pros

      I felt valued as an employee and particulary enjoyed the people. Lots of talented people work at Fiserv.

      Cons

      Senior Management in my area didn't seem to be in touch with what customers actually wanted. They seemed to be more focused on products than solutions.

      Every Corporation has Problems, But Fiserv is Still a Good Place to Work

      Pros

      Upper management looks out for their people. You can grow professionally if you are ambitious and look to work hard and be good at what you do. You'll learn a lot and it will look great on your resume.

      Cons

      It's still a corporation, which means that you don't have a lot of PTO, things can take a really long time in terms of going through all the layers and there is some disconnect between teams.
