      Leader in the Financial Services Space, could use some leadership improvement

      Pros

      Strong company with a number of career opportunities across a number of business disciplines and areas. There is not a deeper set of integrated financial service products in the market. If you want the market leader this is it.

      Cons

      The leadership team is somewhat out of touch with the front line management and technical staff. More work could be done to place the value of the associate as part of the core values of the company.

      enjoyed my business unit (acquired by Fiserv and not yet fully degraded by culture and leadership vacuum)

      Cons

      very poor 2-down communication. Lack of real management at top covered by proliferation of conflicting policies
