Pros

Their products and services improve people's lives by enabling better financial management. Most of the people are competent, caring, and respectful. Beautiful campus with unusually good amenities for the Southeast. Good business model and market share.

Cons

Little to no chance for meaningful equity participation below the executive management level. Limited equity upside given size and slowness of company relative to other options. Now a part of Fiserv, an even larger and slower company based in Milwaukee. Senior management tends to micromanage as if it is a much smaller company, limiting decisionmaking, innovation and risk taking.

Pros

You can get a fortune 500 company tag. Cannot think of anything else.

Cons

Because of buying the ownership in different firms and merging them with Fiserv, the fiserv global service have to deal with different processes. Its almost like working for a service provider.

Pros

Management is very interested in supporting their teams efforts to maintain a healthy work/home balance. They support flexible work schedules. The atmosphere is professional and respectful. Everyone was treated as valued members of the team. There is access to health and fitness equipment as well as a program for supporting healthy breakfast and lunch options. Sick days are not counted as part of paid time off (vacation).

Cons

Business unit management was not supportive of telecommuting even after corporate changed policy to allow 2 telecommuting days per week. The health benefits were very expensive and not as good as others I have had in the past. Main campus parking is limited.
