Pros

1. They offer a decent starting salary for early career professionals. 2. The friends I made here are great.

Cons

1. The management at most levels is not great. There are a lot of people who should not be people managers who were given positions of power and use it to belittle and punish subordinates. 2. The company is constantly changing. You will be bounced around from team to team and from seat to seat/floor to floor. 3. They went from 2-3 days in office to now being 5 full days in office. The requirement is that people of certain management levels be in the office a minimum of 9 hours, 8 hours for the rest. However, the expectation is that if your team has to stay later/longer, then you should too. They don’t want you arriving or leaving on time. They want you to basically live to work. 4. There is no parking. As other have mentioned, if you are not in the parking lot by 8am or before, you will need to use the shuttle. I heard they are building a parking structure and making VPs and above park off-site at the BH office. This still seems ridiculous to ask for 5 days and not to have this parking situation handled. 5. There is little flexibility despite whatever they say. Management will closely monitor your vacation time and question why you are taking it and discourage you from doing so. They will also discourage you from driving home if the weather is expected to be bad. Also, if you work in a specific office and commute in a long way (like from NY to NJ), they will not let you work from the NY on Friday to be closer to home. They think if your assigned office is NJ, you have to work from there at all times. 6. They took away all of the cutlery and plates in the office. They also removed the mini creamers and the Nespresso machines. I’ve also been told that the flavored water dispensers on every floor have mold in them. 7. They have an open floor plan. I’m not against it, but you have little to no privacy and almost all of the conference rooms are booked out weeks in advance. This leaves you no choice to take all private calls either in the bathroom, in your car, or out in the open. 8.There are people in the office that you know don’t do any work. They just walk around the building and/or sit at the tables downstairs and play games and chat with their friends. How do they get away with that?! 9.They have this open floor plan, but they don’t really want you to socialize.

Pros

Pretend to care about employees but actions don't really support this. Stock is doing good so senior executives are making a lot of money.

Cons

Now require people to sign an agreement to work an additional 2 years to get last year's bonus or have to pay it back (prorated). Making managers be in the office 9 hours every day M-F. Watch everything one does using tracking tools. Watch every badge swipe into and out of the office and keep track to make sure you stay in the building 9 hours a day. Always give a 'meets' in reviews no matter how much work you do; they never rate anyone exceeds as they don't want to give good raises.
