Pros

- There are plenty of old systems/software that need an overhaul, so plenty of things to work on if you can get the accesses/approvals required to think about making a change.

Cons

- Owned by KKR. - Between the constant acquisitions and reliance on outdated systems/software, it's hard to know what the priority ever is. - Takes weeks to months to clear access to programs/services that you need for your daily job. - Micromanagement through time-tracking software (Sapience Buddy). - No sense of work-life balance or boundaries. - Nepotism. - Poor quality control measures. - Bloated processes for the sake of having processes. - Stuck in Waterfall mindset.
