Pros

No pros, it is not the fiserv which it was before merge with first data.

Cons

1. Lot of negativity in organisation 2. No job security 3. Exam is also going nowadays for all associates, no clearity if associates get failed. 4. Lot of leaves , but when u ask to get those, manager denies 5. Tools like sapience which track productive and non productive hours, management asks to do 8 hr daily and for that you have to either continuously move your mouse or pressing keyboard keys and for that u have to do 14-15 hrs. 6. Old technology, no management to upskill yourself on latest technologies. 7. Talks are going on for new tool like blue Optima to monitor ,how much code you are committing. 8. Lot of politics. 9. Micromanagement

Pros

As a US based associate I was often not required to work more than 40 hours per week.

Cons

Little to no onboarding/training Poor communication from management to teams Provide inadequate hardware that constantly has issues Frequent layoffs throughout the company 401k matching was discontinued Fiserv acquired First Data, but in a lot of cases it seems to be the other way around

Cons

Medical Insurance is expensive, WFH not available to all workers. Compensation not as good as other tech companies.
