Pros
Work is good and you can learn.
Cons
Too much of pressure which is not needed by Sapience tool. You need to complete anyhow the average of 8 hours and even if you need to discuss with your colleagues for couple of minutes on their then you need to set meetings on Outlook, otherwise the mandatory 8 hours will not be counted in the Spience tool and later you will receive a mail from higher management. Rather than smart work, these guys are making us do hard work.
