I loved my job, until a lot of restructuring and changes occurred at the same time. When I reached out to my boss to express that I was a bit burned out, the response was to put me on a probationary period with an impossible goal required to keep my job, then gaslight me to pretend no changes had occurred and paint me as someone who just "gave up" for no reason after 3.5 years of excellence. Then I was fired a week earlier than he'd said. My last few months, management treated me and other developers terribly.

A lot of bureaucracy, not flexibility, no work from home. There is a sniffer running in background collecting everything that you do in your machine.
