Pros

work life balance flexible working hours lot of vacations supportive management, if you have proven yourself.

Cons

tech stack used is very old if you want to learn/work on new technologies this is not the company micromanagement of time using time tracking tool lot of unwanted policy changes after FirstData merger salary and benefits are less compared to industry standard. no cab facility no external training Work which is done by IDC is not challenging or motivating. WFH policy is not good.
