Over worked and grossly under paid. They give you a cell phone and laptop, you have to be at there beck and call every single minute of the day when you leave the office. The work is describes as CSR work, but it is Business Analyst position. They put you on salary so you don't have any overtime when they call you at 6,7,8, 9 PM or whatever time they reach out

Really not to many cons that I have found working here. Training of new employees has definitely has improved over 9 years I been here. Training always can be improved, but it's moving in proper direction over time that I been here.
