I enjoy my teammates, lots of SMEs to reach out to, and a very stable company. Growth is not promised, but earned.

Cons

Far commute; 4 days in office. Very traditional company, low-end pay. Manager to IC ratio is too wide..

Unstructured- procedures are NOT established or written down. Managerial changes- 3 managers within one (1) single year No accountability- support tech staff miss deadlines and errors but aren’t held accountable for actions Leadership- has acknowledged issues BUT environment remains the same and toxic
