Some of the people left are good people

Cons

They closed all their west coast offices and expect those employees to relocate to New Jersey. I thought they couldn't go any lower after installing Sapience "Workforce Productivity Software" (essentially a keyboard tracker) on everyone's systems, but they surprise me over and over again with their heavy handedness and our-way-or-the-highway attitude.

Decent hike every year can be expected

Cons

Worst work life balance. Sr leadership team expects you to do everything irrespective of your role. I joined here assuming it is a good product based company. But the entire blood is service based and they expect you to do robotics also if don't say no. I've been trying to move out.
