only pros is that salary is credited on time.
Cons
Too much micromanagement. People have to spend 8 hours in office and 8 hours in monitoring tool. Less than 8 hours means get lost. Management don't care about quality, productivity, efficiency, velocity of work. They just care is 8 hours. Too much internal politics amoung management against employee. Work environment is like hell. Employee have been forced to join its useless events, if not joined employee have been threatened. Just leave this hell bro, your soil will die here.
