- People who are onsite had made it their home. Very less chances to onsite. - No latest Technologies. They hardly upgrade their development tools. Employees are banging their heads on v 2010 of Visual Studio even today. - Manager are like Laborer Contractors. They don't know anything about people management they treat team mates as prisoners. - HR are only for on the floor activities and distributing Rs. 5 Perk as reward - HR personnels rarely interact with employees, most of the time they are invisible and come out of their caves on Holi Diwali events - Medical Insurance is worst - The co. is finance co. but doesnt has money for employees. They offer only 750 Rs per person as budget every quarter for team activities. Can you imagine? None can have lunch within this fund for 1 person. You can not think of night out of city. They beg extra money from employee to pay. - They offer 200 Rs as shift allowance. - They dont have parking. Every employee has to pay every month. Poor people. - Policies are just of name sake. They collect global feedback every year and that is only for formalities. Whatever you write here is thrown in dustbin in the end. - Influencing people do policy violations quite often and without any fear. They do Proxy Card Swaping, leaking the salaries of teammates to everywhere - Managers only know politics and hired for micro management. - Co. has installed spy (Sapience) on your laptop and every second is counted and you are judged based upon that - No latest training and certifications are promoted/ given. Rubbish is given on the name of behavioral training. - Flatters has occupied every corner of organization.
