Just receiving your salary every 8 and 23, and the observance of the holidays whenever they are on weekends. Asociación solidarista.

Cons

The rotation is so high you are used to see new faces every week. Management is from last century, that they don't believe in stuff like WFH. HR is a joke. They keep cutting the perks, that actually I don't the "Fortune 500" stuff announced every single year. It is not a good place to work.

1. Car park in CBD 2. Very relaxed and flexible environment. 3. No pressure. 4. Friday drinks 5. Sports facilities like T.T, Pool, Foosball etc.

Cons

1. One product (sort of proxy) with very small code-base so after 2-3 months everything will be a walk in a park and you might need to take up some side project to gain new skills. 2. Learning/sharing knowledge is not encouraged so you will be just by yourself. 3. Salary raises depends on performance and relationships so make sure you are doing great in both.
