Good to work if one need work life balance and Stress free life Lots of Employee engagement Events keeps you busy along with work which is kinda good

Cons

Management Driven .. they focus more on company growth rather than individual growth. Managers are simply spineless people working over their just to save their *** off. And wont take stands for their team. HR is not an autonomous body works under the pressure of senior management.

work with a great team of people who have experience from a lot of industries / gain valuable experience working for a public company / steady pay check / easy working hours with little stress

Cons

when I interviewed for the job, I asked what FIserv could do to advance my career in a practical way. I was promised mentorship, continuing education, industry events, and opportunities for promotion. Instead of working on new projects, most of my work has been migrating services from domestic teams to new, outsourced teams. Not that fun or challenging.
