Good Company, Bad CEO

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Lower management and some of the upper management work with the regular workers. Good 401k, insurance policies, and benefits overall. Holidays are pretty good, and vacation policies are pretty fair.

Cons

CEO is deadset on having employees in office buildings, while closing most offices. Requesting people to move just to be in an office. Promotions don't really exist, and are very rare. Interteam relations are poor at best, and often new tools and updates are hard to get from the fragmented departments. FTS as an example, will rarely notify any other department of any changes made on their end, and attempt to extort departments for money for the most basic of changes. At the same time, benefits have been slashed ever since Frank became the CEO, to the point that the bonuses are almost nonexistent.
