All politics.all depend on manager,if want to give hike based on other opinion since he or she doesn't know what employee does and only go by opinion on people who are in their good books.and u don't perform and still u can get promotion n you work hard give performance still they will not consider u .if they know u wil not raise ur voice or fight back then they surely take advantage of ur silence and keep on give hike to non performer

Work Life balance right now due to covid, work from home yay!

Cons

Most likely have to go into the office after covid. Worst benefits you can possibly imagine. Socialized medical insurance, you make more money, you pay more!!! The writing is on the wall that this company will not make it... No 401k all this year, and then they only bringing it back at half what it used to be next year.
