Amazing team mates kept me at Fiserv, but the last year the culture has dramatically declined.

Cons

Work from home associates are being terminated or asked to drive to the nearest office, even if it's 3 hours from their home. External training opportunities are no longer an option. Benefits have been gutted. 401k match is gutted. Direction from leadership is two faced; they say they care about us and want us to do our best but they don't live their proof or do the same. First Data brought in their office politics which is confusing and just doesn't compute with people who want to do good and make the best product for our clients.

There are no pros post-merger

Cons

FirstData is like a virus. They took over, and drowned out most of Fiserv with it. Benefit cuts, hiring freezes, FirstData people favored over Fiserv when merging roles, managers are "yes men" when they shouldn't.... It's just sad.
