You name it. Culture is horrible! NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE! NONE!!! Lower management has no say or influence. They don't even manage people any longer. They manage reports that hopefully keep who they have left from getting fired due to inaccurate sapience and badge logs! Pay is way below market. Insurance is expensive +high deductible for virtually very little coverage. On-call schedule is BRUTAL and unreasonable. In office work hours are VERY unreasonable related to off hours (night coverage) and weekend coverage required. The noose is too tight! Letting long time, knowledgeable people go for no good reason, or making the decision based on personal/emotional reason rather than a solid business reason is making everyone that remains suffer greatly! The list goes on and on.... Thank God the old CEO is gone!!! Hopefully his influence is as well, and his supporters/hires are soon to be gone as well!
