Good product based company, Good salary, Good banking domain products both retail & corporate, chance to learn new microsoft technologies. Free lunch

Cons

No onsites, No bonus, Politics, Charging for parking, No sodexo copuons & they give company lunch coupons which cannot be used outside.

Worst Management for India operation

Good if you are Managers and Above. You will have best life and get good salary.

Cons

Its India operation is totally bureaucratic and political. They do not care or consider their employees. They have made a profit share center but their senior managers are getting most of its share. Managers have been incompetent and they just not doing anything productive.
