Pros

I got paid every two weeks.

Cons

Frank (CEO) clearly reigns with an iron fist with a clear distrust of employees. Empty and meaningless platitudes that are easy to see through are all to often relied on. The rational for "returning to office" is just a lie - "banks rely on customers coming into there branches so they rely on us coming into the office." Frank and senior FirstData leaders have an obvious disdain for employees and just want them monitored at all costs. This includes deploying spyware (Sapience) under the guise of it being a "productivity tool" to employees laptops to report on how often they move there mouse and type on a keyboard. Throwing a fellow employee under the bus to try to avoid getting into trouble is common place and you can't trust hardly anyone. I even made an official complaint to HR about the consistent unprofessional and bullying behavior of the cyber security team (worst team ever) including a specific member that sent me a nasty email. Despite HR claiming they take these things seriously NOTHING was done. Cyber security has an unlimited budget and is never questioned in anyway with anything they want to do. This leads to constant chaos due to emergency changes that always result in end user impact. Communication to end users is almost non-existent and calls to the help desk often go unanswered or ignored due to lack of staffing. I honestly don't know how many users can get there work done. Talent is leaving this company in droves as a result and soon enough outages will likely get worse and worse for Fiserv customers because they can't hold onto quality employees.
