Pros

I worked with some of the best technology systems in IT. Had some cool teammates as well.

Cons

In my 10+ years working in Corporate America, this is the worst corporate culture that I have ever seen. I usually do not write negative reviews about the company that I worked with previously. But for Fiserv I had to do it. Very toxic environment. CEO does not trust employees and is requiring everyone to go into the office. If people do not relocate, they will be asked to leave the company. Layoffs, frozen job postings, and revoking all WFH privileges. Culture has definitely suffered after the First Data merger. Management keeps pushing out projects that they want done yesterday with absolutely no notice and refuse to listen to the advice of those who actually have to do the work. The mantra of leadership is “my way or the highway”. If you make suggestions, they will be ignored, for the most part. Teams are micromanaged. Have never seen a large company so thoroughly ruined by top leadership. When I resigned, there was no exit interview. I guess HR realized that they did not want to deal with why folks are quitting as they already know the reason.
