Onboarding - delayed formal training. Sitting for weeks reading documents by myself until training classes started. Management changes - at least 13 different managers over 4 years. On-call 24 X 7, full time M-F schedule plus 2-3 evenings per week. Role changes forced by Management. Exit paperwork filing was not completed for over a month. Contacting HR to resolve has been a nightmare (disconnected from HR line 5+ times so far). Currently stuck in benefit and account limbo.
