Pros

Good community and awesome cleaners come and go. The pay can be good if the boss likes you.

Cons

They practice favoritism and give the cleaners they like the best jobs and most money. They seek to pay you as little as possible for the most amount of money they can get you to do. Some days I was making far under minimum wage on the bs commission based pay as one of the top cleaners, but not a favorite. They pay you commission or in other words steal 70% of your earnings. Basically you are working for tips and it is never worth it. Chances are multiple other window companies in your area pay better and treat people better. This is just another corporate pyramid scheme to pay you less for doing everything.

Pros

Great pay, good hours, great coworkers, no nights or weekends except occasional Saturdays, great management, minimal customer service required, work alone or in a team

Cons

Hard work, tough on your body, working outdoors in all conditions, early mornings, multiple jobs in a day (10 or more), jobs paying as low as $12

Pros

Each franchise will vary, but it's a good job if you're in-between careers and don't mind the physical labor. Commission based pay, but you're never not working so the money is pretty steady. No two days are the same and you're constantly on the move so the days go fast. Very good for developing customer service skills since you work with a very wide and diverse range of customers.

Cons

No matter how hot, cold, windy, rainy, or snowy it is jobs have got to get done, which can be frustrating. Can be very physically demanding. Wouldn't recommend for a long term option, but a great short term solution in todays frustrating job market. Very little room for job growth and advancement. Depending on the franchise the benefits are minimal to none.
