Great place to work if you are self motivated to make money. You work alone and as long as you do a good job you can get more work and make more money. It's also flexible. I can take time off or leave early if I want to.

Lying Franchise Owners, Broken Equipment, and BAD PAY

Outdoor work, friendly coworkers, new locations

Cons

Pay that decreases the harder and longer you work, rude customers, no career advancement, almost no benefits, poor communication between first contact and customers (making your job much harder), old equipment that breaks every week (somehow your fault), inability for management and ownership to take responsibility when they mess up, sometimes dangerous work from heights, endlessly rotating staff that always needs training (which costs you money)
