Cons

Commission pay with non comparable pricing. Hours worked vs. commission is seriously way under minimum wage.

The ownership are caring and paitent. Good people who are flexible if you communicate and are honest.

Cons

No health insurance no 401k Pay is inconsistent due to weather, lack of sales, ect.... low commission. Base salary isn't enough for a family.
