Can be lucrative if cleaning office buildings or warehouses, but most time pay is terrible for small storefronts and homes. Can finish in 3 hours if its a good day.

Cons

Was put into very dangerous situations on roofs with little training. Always breaking stuff in people's homes, Always have to make excuses to cover the boss's mistakes. Boss only cares about money, not employees. Pay is often terrible.

-Start early and can possible get out early. - Good team of employees

Cons

-Commission pay can be ok sometimes but I def need more money to live. - working in extreme weather - short staff - They say you rarley work Saturdays but that is not true. - You only have the major holidays like Christmas off afer they say you are off on holidays. -No Benefits
