      Cons

      Sometimes take personal vehicle (no extra pay for gas) Fully commission at 34% per job Work in all weather and some jobs will turn you away if it’s raining

      Can technically pick your hours Boss was very positive and understanding Residential will sometimes give big tips

      No help with personal transportation
