work on your own, flexible hours

Cons

no hourly wage, get pay only on comission use your own vehicle. Pay only covered my gas for my car.

Great place to work with room for advancement for someone hard-working and willing to go through the growing pains. It's not the job for everyone, but for someone that is looking for a 'blue-collar' job or wants to work days and do on line schooling at night, it's perfect.

Cons

Sometimes the complexity of management decisions were a bit confusing. Also, it's a commission based position so unless experienced, you first paychecks are not going to be huge.
