Benefits are amazing, especially for those with young families. Great perks: a whole week of employee appreciation, employee recognition program, regular gatherings to foster teamwork, many of us have laptops that we can take to a standing or treadmill desk or to the café to get away from our regular stations, downtown location is ideal for running errands at lunchtime, and management is not stingy with end of year bonuses.

Cons

Turnover was pretty high in a few departments, which I believe has to do with the management in those particular areas, but seems to have settled down (so maybe those managers are getting the message). It can take a while to get accustomed to the "Fish" way, but go ahead and drink the Kool-Aid.
