Pros

Great benefits. Health insurance rates are very reasonable compared to other big law firms. Plenty of paid time off/sick days. Other paralegals are nice and helpful. Most of the attorneys are nice, too.

Cons

Inefficient and old software systems. Some are looking for work while others are drowning everyday. Not much feedback unless you do something wrong. No room for advancement unless you want to be in a managerial role. Pay isn’t the best.
