Pros

Attorneys really cared for the support staff; staff always kept up to date on USPTO changes; extremely generous benefits package. Ability to work on your own without someone looking over your should. Complete trust in you and your role.

Cons

Firm became too corporate; more profit for attorneys, less support for staff. Micromanagement. Pressure to bill everyday without enough work to attain goal. Very stressful.

Pros

Good benefits. Sometimes fun perks. Easy interview. Ok pay. Overall nice people

Cons

Micromanaging. Lack of growth - asked for more opportunities and was brushed off. Legal staff was treated way better than support staff. Lots of people are stuck in old ways. Minimal bonuses.
