A good chunk of the attorneys act like they are better than everyone else, the ruder they are, the faster they move up the corporate ladder. Don't they realize that staff is there and helps them to do their job? The morale has gone down the last two to three years. No room to grow whatsoever.

There used to be pros, but the way this company changed in the past year is all rotten. People being forced out all over the place and the culture has become super toxic.

Cons

Company enforces vaccine mandates and has been forcing long term employees out on an "unpaid leave" and then turning around and telling the unemployment office that the employee quit when they were essentially fired over a rule that did not exist prior to employment... people have been leaving or being forced out left and right and the firm has been forcing people out who are white to make room for someone of a different ethnicity, purely for the sake of winning a "diversity" award. This company's ethical business practices are absolutely disgusting. Highly recommend working somewhere else. They are also highly prone to dangling promotions in front of you to get you to take on extra work and never give out the promotion, even after years of chasing the carrot.

Good people and interesting work. Company takes care of higher level employees well.

Cons

Billing department is a revolving door of disfunction. If you want to get promoted, make sure to smoke cigarettes' with the managers. The higher up you go the more likely you will get burnt out.
