-Great Office Manager -Well Structured -Great Benefits -Office Perks -Many of the best IP professionals in the world

Cons

-Must wear multiple hats and take initiative to improve skill set/s....they have been transitioning to doing more with less since the recession -Mostly intellectual property law, so many support positions vary greatly from firms that fit the stereotypical profile portrayed in television and movies -Not exciting work unless you're a career attorney or paralegal

Great place to work. Good benefits, they used to be great. Challenging environment where new ideas are accepted, explored and adopted.

Cons

If you work in the administrative groups and you are not in Minneapolis, your career will be limited. All promotion opportunities are in Minneapolis.
