From day one it was a team atmosphere. Employees work together to get the job done and it is noticed on a group and individual level.

Cons

The commute was the biggest negative I had. My commute was on average an hour each way and could be very unpredictable.

Most law firms are miserable places to work. This one is O.K.-- a strong pragmatic engineering culture runs through most attorneys in the firm.

Cons

Most attorneys is not all attorneys. There are certain exceptions that no one wants to work with.
