You work with incredibly smart people on a daily basis. The work we do is rewarding, fun, and we're rewarded well for it. We have great benefits.

You work with incredibly smart people on a daily basis. Those intelligent people can smell BS a mile away. Work-life balance is tough here. We have a ton of vacation, and I rarely use it.
