Pros

Independent environment Room for growth especially if you want to attend law school or move into Paralegal Strong history and some awesome people Loved the location personally

Cons

Your experience can vary based on who you are working for/with Old timers that have the say and like the status quo, although there is lots of change and innovation You have to be able to advocate for yourself in terms of pay and workload. I saw some people get crushed by work and stress because they didn’t know how to be in the law profession and speak the language.

Pros

Great PTO and PSST, Hybrid (mostly WFH), Downtown office close to Public Transportation

Cons

Lower pay compared to other firms; They talk up inclusion and diversity, but feels as though they only put real effort into the attorney recruitment and disregard administrative workers
