Pros

Good benefits package and location.

Cons

Management plays favorites and give those they like the opportunities for growth and promotions. Some are very unprofessional and treat employees poorly. No training process, lack of opportunity for diversification, micromanaging, lack of support, doesn't like it when you ask questions, work environment is stressful, turnover is high.

Pros

Exposure to different kinds of technology

Cons

Supervisors don't seem to care about your interests or specialties but just assign you to work on cases based on their need. The work environment is highly stressful. You're told that you have flexible hours, but you still have to work extremely long hours to earn your full pay. 9-5 doesn't exist here. Any vacation time you take must be made up, so you essentially have no paid vacation days. Benefits given to legal staff that are not attorneys pale in comparison to the benefits given to attorneys, even though both groups may be doing the same work. If you're interested in a high paying job with NO work-life balance, then this might be for you...and you better have a JD too, or you won't get very far. But if you want to have a balanced life, you might want to look elsewhere.
