Culture making a comeback

Pros

Backed by a PE Firm, many employees still around have been there for 5+ years, good roots as a tight-knit community.

Cons

Culture took a big hit when the company was acquired in late 2021, it's still making a comeback. There are struggles with the board and it's direction on things, which is frustrating for many teams.
