Very fun and flexible workplace. Understanding and supportive leadership. Paid training and good co-worker support attitude.

Cons

Job-changing policies/procedures/ products are announced at the last possible minute forcing a pivot of current duties without warning. The option for career growth is not available if you're an internal employee. Operations uses technology and practices that are decades old and are not keeping up with the times.

The pay is low, benefits such as health insurance are really bad because it is not affordable. You don't really get raises and you have to ask for them.
