Responsive environment that is receptive to ideas that conflict with the established norms of how things are done Fair treatment of all employees, especially when situations involve two people. Very unbiased approach to solving the problem Newer equipment and plenty of work abound. Overtime opportunities year round if you participate and stay focused on your work
