Pros

They’ll paint you a pretty picture and when it comes to actually caring about employees they fail. Promote breaking company policy, theft, racism and sexism

Cons

Workers are racist, sexist, homophobic. Will not stand up for employees but instead will abuse them mentally and physically. Upper management uses the buddy system with workers and alienates the good workers

Pros

Ummm you get minimum wage I guess? Mmmm Discounted parts?

Cons

May end up working 6 days a week opening the store running the cash register, stocking all inventory, and cleaning the toilet all in one day while your store manager is on break or decide he needs a few days.
