Work is very enjoyable and there’s little to no problems with staff and work duties. Chances to change roles to a more skilled role with training.

Cons

Some people in higher positions aren’t pleasant with others in lower positions. Some people work in unsafe ways like walking in a non pedestrian walkway. Claims of no hearing protection allowed policy when informed upper management about 90+ decibel noises here and there (over 30 minutes of exposure) throughout the workday.
