Pros

-HAD decent managers -Managers that are willing to work as a team -Never missed pay -New fleet of company cars -Flex hours

Cons

NOW has terrible managers. -Fired my stepfather for calling someone an animal name. -Will not reason with you in the event of a legit HR related issue. -Most higher ups really do believe they know it all. -Conapmy owner is the type to walk past you and not shake your hand or say anything. -Company constantly buys old warehouses to grow but fails to invest in the reason they’re able to buy anything (the employees) -Slap in the face bonus, a turkey gift certificate -Has multiple OSHA violations but fails to address them The list goes on and on..
