People that worked there, they are friendly

Cons

Micromanage, they hired you without trusting or believing you. Checking on you all the time, yelling. Tried to make you stay as long as they can be. Does not let you go home on time and checking are your jobs have been completed. Poor management, toxic workplace

Pros

Very fun and flexible workplace. Understanding and supportive leadership. Paid training and good co-worker support attitude.

Cons

Job-changing policies/procedures/ products are announced at the last possible minute forcing a pivot of current duties without warning. The option for career growth is not available if you're an internal employee. Operations uses technology and practices that are decades old and are not keeping up with the times.
