You have to wear knee pads to be on upper management good side. Those that do make me sick.

Pros

Close to home, lots of inventory ,good distribution network,quick store replenishment, good product lines overall, not a lot of junk

Cons

Way to much red tape, very slow to make even the simplest decisions. Will not listen to outside the box thinking. Will not acknowledge strong local competition. 3 step sales program

Easy work. Manager at this location is very responsive. However, his hands are tied.

Cons

Low pay, no benefits and the ones that you do have, i.e., medical are insanely expensive.
