      Pros

      No overtime on most jobs which allows for balanced homelife

      Cons

      Quality and quantity of tools and ppe provided is seriously lacking. No reason every ladder has blooms and makes you itch, or that 30 guys on one site are sharing one band saw, or have to search for self toppers on the ground from other trades.

      Made some life long friends but that is it.

      Everything about management. Cheap cheap cheap!!! Bonus is a gift card for a ham...a HAM.
